gathered on April 12th at
Penguin Day in Oakland, California to demystify free and open source
software
for social
change organizations. The event exploree free and open
source
software in plain language, served to build networks among nonprofits
technology users, and helped socially-minded 'geeks' find ways to support
nonprofit organizations. The agenda and event proceedings were captured on the
